- Are you open if it rains?
Yes, we are open. All 3 haunted houses are completely indoors, with a indoor waiting area also.
- How Can I pay for my ticket?
We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard.
- How much are tickets?
Tickets are $16.00 and that will get you into all 3 Awesome Haunted Houses, which include: Cellblock 13, Psycho Manor, and the newest house, Wicked clowns in 4-D. This is absolutely the best deal in Cleveland.
- Where can I find coupons and discounts?

- Are group rates offered?

- Do you offer Military Discounts?

- Do you offer children's discounts?
No. This is an intense show, so please exercise judgement when allowing your children to attend. We recommend at least 10 yrs. of age and above to enter.
- I have a Complimentary Ticket, how do I use it?
Please bring it to the ticket booth for redemption.
- When is the best time to arrive?
The earlier the better to avoid long lines, but Thursday and Sundays are less crowded.
- Does Hauntville have security?
Yes. There are security staff on premises.
- Is smoking allowed?
No. There is no smoking in Hauntville.
- Is Hauntville wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
- What can't we bring?
No pets, no weapons, no alcoholic beverages, no costumes and no flashlights.
- Can I take pictures or video?
No. You cannot take photos or videos inside of the haunted attraction. However, feel free to do so while in any of waiting areas or designated photo op locations.
- Are the attractions the same as last year?
Absolutely not, it's better!!!! We work year round to give you anew and better show. We do keep some things the same or tweak it a bit because our customers love some of the elements and look forward to showing their friends.

- Is it scary?
Yes. We are "Ohio's Scariest Haunted Houses"!
If we can scare Ohio states Football Players, we can scare you to.
- Do you have clowns in your attraction?
Absolutely! Wicked Clowns in 4-D
- Do you have chain saws in your attraction?
Definitely.
- I started to hyperventilate and didn't make it all
the way through, Do i get my money back?
Let me get this strait. 1)You paid us to scare you. 2)You
got scared. 3)You got more scared 4)You got so scared that we had to remove you
via our hidden doors and secret passages. I think you owe us money!
- Are there strobe lights?
Yes. The Haunted Houses are not recommended for anyone with
Epilepsy or a seizure disorder. We also do not recommend it to those with heart
conditions or any other physical condition that could be affected by strobe lights or being scared.

The creators of Hauntville have been successfully running professional Haunted Houses for over 22 years, not back yard home haunts. No teenage kids Just starting in the business of haunting. No weekend warriors working on props and haunted houses only on weekends because of having full time jobs. We work 365 days a year on haunted houses, we live, breath, eat, sleep, sweat and bleed haunted houses. We attend 40+ Haunted houses around the USA every year. We attend haunt shows and amusement expos all over the country. We spend a lot of money on state of the art special effects and audio animatronic creatures, Hollywood-quality make –up and mask, costumes, lighting gear and sound equipment. As well as we have a year round prop shop of our own. We are members of many haunt groups and organizations, such as; The Haunted Attraction Association and IAAPA.
